Trojan Track Teams Compete in Canton Relays

The West Central Trojan track teams traveled to Canton for the Canton Relays on Monday, April 20th.  The girls team finished sixth with a score of 58 points. The boys team placed seventh with 47 points.

Avery Pressler finished second in the 100m dash in :13.02 and fourth in the 200m dash at :27.06.  Brooklyn Sundermann was third in the 400m dash with a time of 1:06.68 and placed fourth in the 800m run in 2:40.09.  Sarah Johnson was third in the 800m run in 2:34.70 and fourth in the 400m dash at 1:07.10.  The 4x200m relay team of Addison Jaspers, Aubrey Borns, Lucy Rozeboom, and Baylee Poss finished second in 4:13.38.  The sprint medley relay team of Borns, Rozeboom, Kaylie Schultz, and Jasmnie Zuraff-Deschepper placed third with a time of 5:38.77.

Peyton Tetzlaff won the 1600m run with a time of 4:41.70 and placed second in the high jump at 5’10”.  Zach Nielsen won the high jump with a jump of 5’10”.  Kolte Garry placed third in the shot put with a throw of 47’3.5″.  Gavin DeHaven took fourth in the 800m run in 2:32.99.  The 4x200m relay team of Carson Eich, Brenden Warne, Dean Arends, and Evan Raasch finished fourth in 1:46.41.  The sprint medley relay team of Rylee Mundahl, Dashel Nachtigal, Oliver Gebhard, and Judah Wuebben also finished fourth in 4:24.61.
