Both the West Central Trojan girls and boys cross country teams had top 5 finishes at the 2024 South Dakota State A Cross Country meet at Hart Ranch in Rapid City on Saturday, October 26th. The girls team finished third with 87 points. The boys team placed fourth with 80 points.
Brooklyn Sundermann had a 13th place finish individually with a time of 19:33.95. Lucy Rozeboom was 18th in 20:03.51. Sarah Johnson (32nd) finished in 20:45.89. Aubrey Borns (43rd) had a time of 21:14.04. Maelee Krempges (60th) completed in 21:44.02, and Addison Jaspers (69th) had a time of 22:00.55.
Peyton Tetzlaff took ninth with a time of 16:55.83. Jonathon Roth was 10th in 17:06.75. Jacob Peterson (36th) finished in 18:15.66. Zach Nielsen (39th) had a time of 18:20.53. Kyper Hilger (50th) completed in 18:36.78, and Kade Hruby (58th) had a time of 18:53.76.
