The West Central Trojan girls had their season come to an end on Thursday, February 22nd. The Trojans fell to the Sioux Falls Christian Changers 71-54 to finish their season with an 11-11 overall record.
The Chargers led from start to finish in the game. Sioux Falls Christian started on a 12-4 run over the first four minutes of the game. West Central cut the lead to 16-11 by the end of the first quarter. The Chargers outscored West Central 19-10 in the second quarter, and the Trojans trailed 35-21 at halftime. Both teams put 21 points each on the scoreboard. Sioux Falls Christian held a 56-42 lead going into the fourth quarter.
Emillee Stofferahn had 13 points and three rebounds. Jazelle Jarding added 11 points, two rebounds, and two steals. Molly Anderson finished with nine points and two steals. Ayla Kramer ended with six points. Kacey Jaton, Abbi Thornton, and Mara Schutlz all had four points each.
