The Tri-Valley Mustang boys hosted the West Central Trojans in a Region 3A match-up on Tuesday, January 30th. The Trojans took the lead in the first quarter and got a 47-35 road win.
West Central led by just a point after the end of the first quarter, 8-7. They would increase their lead to 22-16 by halftime. The Trojans started the third quarter on an 8-3 run for a 30-19 lead and were able to stay in front the rest of the game. Tri-Valley trailed 38-22 going into the fourth quarter.
Jake Kuhl had 12 points and 11 rebounds. Crew Heier also had 12 points. Connor Mebius added seven points and four rebounds. Paden Schulte also had seven points with three rebounds and four steals.
