The West Central Trojans had the full teams for both the boys and girls at the 2023 South Dakota State A Cross Country Meet in Sioux Falls on Saturday, October 21st. The boys team finished seventh with 111 points. The girls team placed eighth with 143 points.
Lucy Rozeboom was 41st with a time of 20:16.03. Sarah Johnson was 44th in a time of 20:20.99. Brooklyn Sundermann placed 47th with a time of 20:28.61. Maelee Krempges took 54th with a time of 20:38.38. Aubrey Borns was 62nd with a time of 21:00.55, and Drew Caffrey placed 79th in a time of 21:20.82.
Benjamin Strunk took 11th with a time of 16:17.91. Jonathon Roth was 15th with a time of 16:28.82. Jacob Peterson was 50th in a time of 17:39.24. Peyton Tetzlaff was 56th with a time of 17:44.79. Kade Hruby placed 82nd in 18:32.07, and Kyper Hilger was 91st in a time of 18:52.02.
