The West Central Trojan cross country teams had a good day at the Dak-12 Conference Meet in Vermillion on Thursday, October 5th. The girls team placed second with 72 team points. The boys team finished third with 89 points.
Brooklyn Sundermann placed 10th with a time of 19:38.27. Maelee Krempges was 14th in 20:00.43. Sarah Johnson placed 15th just a step behind with a time of 20:00.85. Lucy Rozeboom took 16th with a time of 20:03.12. Aubrey Borns (22nd) had at time of 20:37.78, and Drew Caffrey (30th) finished in 21:24.67.
Benjamin Strunk placed fourth in a time of 16:22.00. Jonathon Roth finished sixth in a time of 16:27.87. Peyton Tetzlaff (21st) finished in 17:33.36. Jacob Peterson (24th) had a time of 18:10.77. Kade Hruby (34th) completed in 18:40.66, and Kyper Hilger (35th) had a time of 18:50.11.
