Both the West Central Trojan girls and boys track teams placed second at the Region 3A meet finishing with the same 123 points scored.
Molli Thornton won the 200m dash and the long jump. Sadie Berg took the top spot in the 400m dash. Cambell Fischer won the shot put. The 4x800m relay team of Brie Peters, Jazelle Jarding, Cambree Ideker, and Bailey Stallman won the event. The 4x200m relay team of Baylee Poss, Rayna Goehring, Alexa Borns, and Thornton finished second. R. Goehring finished third in the 100m dash. Borns placed third in the 400m dash.
Carter Schmeichel won the 200m dash. Jude Jarding took first in the 400m dash. Benjamin Strunk won the 3200m run and took second in the 1600m run. Liam Schmeichel won the high jump and placed second in the 110m hurdles and 300m hurdles. The 4x200m relay team of Mason Berens, Wyatt Nielsen, C. Schmeichel, and Layton Johnson took first place. Nielsen was second in the 400m dash. The sprint medley relay team Preston Butts, Berens, Elliot DeJong, and Patrick Hammond finished second. Johnson was third in the 100m dash. Stone Loof placed third in the javelin.
