The entire West Central Trojan boys golf team qualified for the state tournament after a second place finish at the Region 2A Tournament in Canton on Monday, September 26th. The Trojans finished with a team score of 324, just one shot behind team champions, Vermillion (323).
Trey Even had a second place finish individually with a round of 76. Anthony Lanham tied for 10th with a round of 82. Both Connor Eich and Kamden Zomer finished tied for 12th with rounds of 83. Connor Mebius finished with a round of 92.
The Trojans will play in the 2022 South Dakota State A Boys Golf Tournament in Aberdeen on Monday, October 3rd and Tuesday, October 4th.
