Early runs were enough for Volga to take a 12-3 win over Tri-Valley White on Thursday, June 25th.
Volga scored four times in the top of the first and two more in the second for a 6-0 lead. Tri-Valley got one run in the bottom of the third, but Volga had three more runs in the top of the fourth for a 9-1 advantage. Each team scored a run in the fifth. Tri-Valley pushed across another run in the bottom of the sixth for a 10-3 score, but Volga scored two more times in the top of the seventh.
Jaxen Kindelspire had two hits and an RBI. Dom Luening, Noah Ketterling, and Callen Althoff all had one hit each.
