Tri-Valley Wrestling Brings Competitive, Hard-Working Team with Experience to 2024-2025 Season

The Tri-Valley Mustang wrestling team will be a competitive, hard-working team that brings in some experience for the 2024-2025 season.  Head coach Mike Gibson says the team goal is to make the state dual tournament and be a top six team in the state tournament this year.

The Mustangs return eight state qualifiers from a year ago with four of those placing in the state tournament.  Landyn Reiser (junior), Brody Dybvig (junior), and Cole Hendrixson (sophomore) are two time state place winners.  Treyson Richter (sophomore) returns as a place winner from a year go.  Junior Luke Nehlich as well as sophomores Jackson Williams, Connor Glasford, and Owen Bunde all return with state tournament experience.

“We are looking to improve on last season with a still young, but experienced, team,” said Gibson.
