The Tri-Valley Mustang girls had no trouble with the Madison Bulldogs on Tuesday, December 17th. The Mustangs cruised to a 56-28 win over the Bulldogs.
Tri-Valley built a lead in the first quarter they would never lose. The Mustangs led 14-6 at the end over the quarter. They were able to double-up Madison in the second quarter, 12-6, to take a 26-12 lead into halftime. The offense exploded for 22 points in the third quarter, and Tri-Valley had a 48-17 lead going into the fourth quarter.
Mattie Huwe had 13 points and two rebounds. Izzy Davey finished with 11 points and two rebounds. Peyton Vogt and Hailey Sorenson both had nine points and two rebounds each. Maddie Wenzel had three points but pulled down eight rebounds.
