Tri-Valley Boys Fall at Home to West Central

The Tri-Valley Mustang boys hosted the West Central Trojans in a Region 3A match-up on Tuesday, January 30th.  The Trojans took the lead in the first quarter and got a 47-35 road win.

West Central led by just a point after the end of the first quarter, 8-7.  They would increase their lead to 22-16 by halftime.  The Trojans started the third quarter on an 8-3 run for a 30-19 lead and were able to stay in front the rest of the game.  Tri-Valley trailed 38-22 going into the fourth quarter.

Brady Jewett was the leading scoring for the Mustangs with 20 points.  Jewett also had six rebounds.  Logan Ellison had five points and two rebounds.  Trey Johnson finished with four points and 11 rebounds.
