Tri-Valley Baseball Wins Fourth Straight

After a tough loss to start the season, the Tri-Valley high school baseball team won their fourth straight game on Wednesday, April 16th.  Tri-Valley defeated Canton 9-1.

The game got started great for Tri-Valley as they scored four times in the top of the first.  The score remained 4-0 until the top of the fourth inning.  Tri-Valley would add three more runs to extend the lead to 7-0.  They would push the lead to 9-0 after two runs in the top of the sixth.  Flandreau got just one run in the bottom of the seventh.

Denton Bicknase had two hits with an RBI.  Tristen Bunde also had two hits.  Mason Hemme had one hit and four RBIs.  Alex Wingen added a double and an RBI.  Treyson Richter had a single and an RBI.  Brody Dybivg, Aiden Bunde, Parker Hemme, and Jackson Williams all had one hit each.  Gage Egger had an RBI. Bunde pitched all seven innings and allowed an unearned run on two hits and one walk with seven strikeouts.
