The 14U baseball season is well under way for Tri-Valley and other teams playing in the I-29 League. Tri-Valley has two teams again this year, Maroon and White. All the teams just completed the midseason tournament Friday, June 9th through Sunday, June 11th in Flandreau.
Tri-Valley White is still looking for their first win of the season. They are currently 0-7 thus far. During the midseason tournament, they lost to Flandreau 14U by a score of 19-4 on Friday and then lost to Madison White 14U 9-2 on Saturday. Their next game will be at home on Tuesday, June 13th against Madison White 14U again.
The Tri-Valley Maroon team is having a good season with a record of 5-2. In their two games in the midseason tournament, they won one game and lost won game. Tri-Valley Maroon defeated Volga 14U 15-0 on Friday, but lost to Volga 14U 4-2 on Saturday. They will have their next game on Tuesday, June 13th in Canistota.
