The Tri-Valley Mustang track team finished the 2024 season with three individual podium finishers at the state track meet. Two of the three graduated last season.
Emery Jones returns after placing fifth in the 100m hurdles at the state meet last year. Peyton Vogt and Ava Christensen also return as state qualifiers. The relay teams will continue as a young group, and they have hopes of getting back to the state meet this year. The throwing team will be led by seniors Reagan and Emery Pearson. Brooklyn Larson will lead the jumping crew.
The boys team will have juniors Brody Dybvig and Ty Oyen back as state qualifiers last season. The Mustangs also return numerous athletes from state qualifying relays, and they will look to make a bigger impact this season.
