The Tri-Valley Mustang track teams competed in the Terry Bong Invite in Canton on Thursday, April 30th. The girl’s team finished eighth with 23 points. The boys team placed ninth with 24 points.
Brooke Steineke placed second in the 100m dash in :13.76 and second in the 200m dash at :28.44. Lauren Dittbenner was fourth in the 100m dash with a time of :14.42. Danika Fluth placed fifth in the javelin with a throw of 93’1″.
Isaiah Kendig took second in the 400m dash in :53.29 and fifth in the 100m dash with a time of :12.22. The 4x100m relay team of Breckyn Reiser, Marcus Oberg, Gerrit Koopman and Eli Kendig won with a time of :47.28. The 4x800m relay team of Jaxen Kindelspire, Sullivan Snethen, Blaine Wieczorek, and Tobin Lamer placed fourth in 9:40.02.
