Mustang Boys Get Back in Win Column

The Tri-Valley Mustang boys ended a three-game skid with a 69-42 win over the Canton C-Hawks at home on Tuesday, January 28th.

The Mustangs built an eight-point lead, 23-15, by the end of the first quarter.  The lead grew to 11 points, 35-24, going into halftime.  Tri-Valley was able to keep adding to the lead in the second half.  Tri-Valley pushed the lead to 52-38 going into the fourth quarter, and then the Mustang defense held Canton to just four points in the final quarter.

Ty Oyen paced the Mustangs with 22 points.  Brady Jewett was right behind with 19 points.  Tristen Bunde added six points.  Alex Wingen had five points, and Kobe Krome and Teagin Gacke both had four points each.
