The Tri-Valley Mustang boys suffered a tough 58-18 loss in Lennox to the Orioles on Thursday, February 19th.
After the Orioles led 5-2 early, Lennox finished the quarter on a 12-2 run for a 17-4 lead at the end of the first quarter. They held the Mustangs to just one point in the second quarter for a 32-5 lead at halftime. Lennox outscored the Mustangs 26-13 in the second half.
Tri-Valley shot 20% (7-36) overall in the game, 1-14 on their three-point attempts, and 3-5 from the free-throw line. Lennox finished the game shooting 46% (24-52) overall, 22% (5-23) from three-point area, and 5-6 from the free-throw line.
Ty Oyen finished with seven points. Sullivan Snethen had three points and two rebounds. Tristen Bunde, Brady Jewett, and Jett Nielsen all had two points and a rebound each. Dante Nehman also had two points.
