The entire Tri-Valley Mustang boys golf team is headed to the state tournament. The Mustangs finished tied for fourth in the Region 2A Tournament with a score of 340 after Connor King sank about a 30-foot putt on the 18th hole to lock in fourth place.
Treyson Ricther finished tied for 14th with a round of 80. King was 21st with an 83. Jaxon Rise tied for 25th and had a round of 87. Parker Atwood (T31st) had a 90, and Jackson Williams (35th) had a round of 92.
The 2025 South Dakota State A Boys Golf Tournament will be held in Vermillion at the Bluffs Golf Course on Monday, October 6th and Tuesday, October 7th.
