Tri-Valley 14U Maroon Falls to Post 15

The Tri-Valley 14U Maroon baseball team lost 11-3 to Post 15 14U after Post 15 scored eight runs in the final two innings on Sunday, June 15th.

Tri-Valley scored right away in the top of the first inning.  Post 15 plated two runs in the bottom of the first.  Tri-Valley would take the lead back, 3-2, in the top of the second after scoring two more times.  Post 15 tied the game, 3-3, with a run in the bottom of the third.  They would then score four in the bottom of the fourth and four in the bottom of the fifth to get the win.

Nolan Campbell had a single with two RBIs.  Bentley McMillen had a hit and an RBI.  Gerrit Koopman added a single as well.  Porter Amundson pitched 3 2/3 innings and allowed seven runs, but just one earned, on six hits and a walk with one strikeout.  Legend Frederick pitched 2/3 of an inning and allowed four earned runs on six walks.
