The De Smet Bulldogs will be looking to end a 10-match skid when they host the Arlington Cardinals on Tuesday, October 25th to end the regular season.
De Smet took four losses at the Dakota Valley Conference Tournament in Estelline on Saturday, October 15th. The Bulldogs were beat in straight sets in all four matches. Iroquois/Lake Preston won by scores of 25-18 and 25-21. Estelline/Hendricks defeated De Smet 25-8 and 25-21. The Oldham-Ramona/Rutland Raiders won 25-17 and 25-19. The Bulldogs also fell to the Dell Rapids St Mary Cardinals 25-18 and 25-23.
De Smet then traveled to Castlewood on Tuesday, October 18th to play the Warriors. The Warriors won the match in straight sets by scores of 25-19, 25-18, and 25-7.
