The Dell Rapids Quarrier cross country team made the trip to Freeman for the Freeman Invitational on Wednesday, September 16th. The girls team finished fifth with a team score of 53. The boys team took seventh place with 65 points.
Rorie Thoreson won the girls race with a time of 20:18.82. Liz Vogel had a time of 22:45.53. Addy Witte finished in 23:21.75, and Sonya Carpenter completed in 25:40.18.
Nolan Katzer placed 15th with a time of 18:24.43. Nolan Carstensen had a time of 18:55.76. Charlie Person finished in 19:37.42, and Thomas Christensen had a time of 20:55.55.
