The Dell Rapids Quarrier boys golf team had one golfer qualify for state in 2023, and the goal for this season is to build on that and send multiple golfers to state.
Three golfers return from last year. Senior Gage Schultz, junior Caden Bitzer, and sophomore Drew Buresh will lead this year’s team. Head coach Riley Duncanson said that these three have a great abililty to drive the team, and their experience is going to be a great asset for the younger players.
“The hope I have for our team is to build on our state participants from last year and get multiple players there this year,” added Duncanson.
