Dell Rapids used a six-run second inning to lead them to a 9-1 win over Baltic/Colton in Baltic on Wednesday, July 17th.
The visiting Phils scored a run in the top of the first. Baltic/Colton tied the game, 1-1, right away in the bottom of the first inning. Dell Rapids, however, scored six runs in the second inning to go ahead 7-1. They also scored single runs in the fifth and sixth innings in the victory.
Treyse Eastman ha three hits, two of them doubles, and an RBI. Brandon Schmidt had two hits and two RBIs. Lincoln Fersdahl had two hits, including a triple, and an RBI. Drake Eastman added a single and two RBIs. Tad Tjaden finished with a single and RBI. Cooper Frost had a hit. Sutton Williams and CJ Smith both had one RBI each. D. Eastman pitched all seven innings and allowed an unearned run on four hits and one walk with 14 strikeouts.
