The Dell Rapids Quarrier competitive cheer team finished eighth overall at the state competition last season, and they are eager to improve in 2023.
“Our goal is to continue to advance our routine’s level of difficulty as the season progresses with the hope of placing close to the top at the end of the season,” said head coach Magen Richeal.
The squad will have only one senior, who is a newcomer to the team, this year in Makenzy LeBrun. Coach Richeal says she is an overall strong addition to the team.
“We have a very well rounded team this year and are looking forward to a successful season,” added Richeal.
The Quarriers first performance will be at the St Mary Invite on Monday, August 28th.
