After a win on September 22nd, the Dell Rapids Quarrier volleyball team had an 8-6 record. In the last month of play, the Quarriers have gone 12-3 which includes a win on Tuesday, October 18th. The Quarriers won a road match at Madison in four sets.
Dell Rapids won the first set 25-16. The Bulldogs returned the favor with a 25-14 win to even the match. Dell Rapids put that loss behind them and went on to win the next two. The Quarriers won the third set 25-18 and then took a close 25-22 win in the fourth set for the match victory.
Madelynn Henry finished with 16 kills and six digs. Sophi Randall had 10 kills, 10 digs, and 35 set assists. Kylee Fiddelke added eight kills, seven ace serves, and nine digs. Lauryn Kloth had 10 kills and two aces. Alaina Wolff finished with a team-high 13 digs, and Lexi Ingalls had nine digs. Karlie Ingalls finished with seven digs.
Dell Rapids (18-9) will end the regular season on the road at Beresford on Tuesday, October 25th.
