The Beresford Watchdog girls basketball team won their fourth straight game on Tuesday, January 16th. The Watchdogs defeated the Madison Bulldogs at home 45-23.
Beresford controlled the game from start to finish. They got out to a 16-4 lead by the end of the first quarter. The lead grew to 27-7 by halftime. The Watchdogs maintained their 20-point lead in the third quarter and led 37-17 going into the fourth quarter.
Ella Merriman finished with 22 points, four rebounds, and six steals. Harley Koth added 12 points, 10 rebounds, and three assists. Kendra Ellis had four points, two rebounds, and two steals. Hanah Colford had three points and three rebounds.
