Tri-Valley Shuts down Baltic Softball

The Baltic Bulldog softball team was held to just one hit as the Tri-Valley Mustangs defeated the Bulldogs 20-0 in three innings on Friday, April 11th in Baltic.

Tri-Valley scored six times in the top of the first inning.  They scored 10 more in the top of the second and then four runs in the top of the fourth.  The game ended on the 15-run rule.

Ryah Peters had the lone hit in the game for the Bulldogs.  Amaris Handsaker drew a walk in the game.  Ashlyn Klein pitched one inning and allowed 10 runs, four earned, on four hits and a walk with one strikeout.  Charlee Blommer threw an inning and allowed eight runs, six earned, on five hits and four walks with one strikeout.  Peters also pitched an inning and allowed two unearned runs on two hits.
