The Dell Rapids Quarriers had nine different players score in a 70-35 win over the Baltic Bulldogs on Tuesday, December 20th, at Dell Rapids. The Quarriers led 23-13 at the end of the first quarter. Dell Rapids then held Baltic to just three second quarter points and took a 46-16 lead at halftime. The lead was 59-30 at the end of the third quarter.
Aspen Hansen led Dell Rapids with 14 points. Jayda Knuppe added 11 points. Emma Paul finished with nine points, Arial Hoffman had eight points, and Kali Graham had seven points. Kaylee Hennen, Graham, and Knuppe all unofficially had five rebounds in the game. Baltic was led by Maddie Polzin with 15 points.
Dell Rapids improves to 2-1 after their second win in a row. The Quarriers will play Hamlin in the Entringer Classic on Friday, December 23rd. The game time is 5:00 p.m.
