The West Central Trojan girls golf team had a fourth-place finish at the Region 2A meet on Thursday, May 21st. They finished with a team score of 366, and placing fourth qualified them for the state tournament as a team.
Blaire Eberhard and Avery Eberhard tied for 19th with a round of 88. Lyric Riepma finished 21st with a 90. Hailey Goebel tied for 22nd and had a 100. Kylie Zomer finished with a round of 108.
The 2026 South Dakota State A Girls Golf Tournament will be held at Two Rivers Golf Club in North Sioux City on Monday, June 1st and Tuesday, June 2nd.
