The West Central Trojan track team traveled to Tea on Friday, April 10th for the Tea Titan Last Minute Running Event meet. Four schools, Ethan/Parkson, Sioux Falls Christian, Tea, and West Central, competed in the event.
Avery Pressler took second in the 100m dash in a time of :13.14. The 4x800m relay team of Aubrey Borns, MacKenzie Skonhovd, Lucy Rozeboom, and Sarah Johnson placed second in a time of 10:02.13.
Peyton Tetzlaff won the 1600m run (4:38.89) and the 3200m run (10:10.54). Dominic Butts took first in the 300m hurdles in :41.14. The 4x200m relay team of Butts, Keenan Hacket, Boche Knight, and Elliot DeJong won in 1:33.21. The 4x400m relay team of Brody Johnson, Peyton Barrick, Zach Nielsen, and Butts won in a time of 3:39.31. The sprint medley relay team of Hacket, Knight, Johnson, and Nielsen also placed first with a time of 3:48.44.
