The West Central Trojan girls and boys wrestling teams traveled to Tri-Valley High School for a Dak-12 Triangular on Thursday, December 18th. The teams faced Tri-Valley and Lennox.
The girls team tied Lennox 6-6 and lost a 3-0 dual to Tri-Valley. Hailey Fortney had a victory in the dual against Lennox. Maci Tiahrt lost her match against Lennox, and Kyliegh Schuller lost her match against Tri-Valley.
The boys team won both of their duals. They defeated Lennox 72-5 and defeated Tri-Valley 44-30. Alex Siemonsma had two pins. Langdon Klinkhammer had a pin and a technical fall win. Grayson Pischke, Jett Whiting, Hayden Whiting, Braylon Robbins, and Luke Larson all had a pin on the night. Spicer Johnson had a technical fall win, and Caden Roe had a major decision.
