The West Central Trojan track team had athletes compete in the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in Sioux Falls on Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd. Three events placed in the top 10 over the weekend.
The girls 4x100m relay team of Rayna Goehring, Baylee Poss, Vera Jesse, and Avery Pressler had an eighth place finish with a time of :51.48.
The boys 4x200m relay team of Preston Butts, Rylee Hartung, Elliot DeJong, and Patrick Hammond took fifth in a time of 1:32.30. The boys sprint medley relay team of Hammond, DeJong, Dominic Butts, and Jonathan Roth also finished fifth with a time of 3:41.16.
