The West Central Trojan cross country team had their first meet of the season on Thursday, August 27th. They took part in the John Collignon Invitational in Madison. The girls team finished second with 40 points. The boys team did not have a team score.
Brooklyn Sundermann took fifth individually with a time of 20:40. Sarah Johnson was seventh in 20:47. Sadie Wuebben placed eighth with a time of 21:01. Kelsey Sundermann (22nd) finished with a time of 22:55.
Zach Nielsen finished third with a time of 18:08. Briar Horn placed eighth in 18:37. Samuel Spisak (32nd) completed in a time of 20:58.
