West Central Boys Soccer Falls to Vermillion and James Valley Christian

The West Central Trojan boys soccer team dropped their last two matches recently.  They played the Vermillion Tanagers on Thursday, September 18th and then the James Valley Christian Vikings on Tuesday, September 23rd.

West Central hosted the 5-1 Tanagers on the 18th.  Vermillion netted a goal in the first half for a 1-0 halftime lead.  That was the only goal of the game, and Vermillion took the 1-0 win.

The Trojans then traveled to Huron to play James Valley Christian on the 23rd.  The Vikings scored three goals in the first half while holding West Central to just one goal.  James Valley Christian led 3-1 at halftime.  The Vikings scored one more time in the second half for a 4-1 victory.

West Central is currently 3-7-1 overall.  They will host Groton on Saturday, September 27th.
