The Hartford/Humboldt Wood Ducks traveled to Canova on Sunday, June 29th. The Gang blanked the Wood Ducks 6-0.
After a scoreless first inning, Canova scored in four straight innings. The Gang got single runs in the second, third, and fourth innings for a 3-0 lead. They then added three more in the bottom of the fifth to extend the lead to 6-0.
The Wood Ducks were held to just two hits in the game. Brodie Herr had a double, and Jacob Ellens finished with a single. Brayden Odegaard pitched six innings and allowed six runs, five earned, on nine hits and two walks with four strikeouts. Clint Den Boer threw two innings and allowed a hit and struck out one batter.
