The West Central Trojan girls golf team qualified for the state tournament by placing third at the Region 2A meet in Beresford on Friday, May 23rd. The Trojans finished with a score of 332.
Ari Jacobs placed second individually in a tie-breaker. Jacobs had a round of two under par, 70. Blaire Eberhard placed ninth with a round of 83. Lyric Riepma was 14th with an 85. Kylie Zomer finished 20th with a 94. Avery Eberhard (29th) had a round of 109.
The 2025 South Dakota State A Girls Golf Tournament will be held at the Madison Golf and Country Club in Madison on Monday, June 2nd and Tuesday, June 3rd.
