The West Central Trojan track team traveled to Dell Rapids for the Dell Rapids Invite on Monday, May 12th. Both the girls and boys team placed eighth.
Ellie Knight placed sixth in the 300m hurdles with a time of :52.54. The 4x200m relay team of Ella Harden Kaylie Schultz, Jordyn Phillips, and Knight took sixth in 1:58.76.
Liam Schmeichel was second in the 110m hurdles in :15.55. Peyton Barrick was second in the 300m hurdles with a time of :44.30. Peyton Tetzlaff placed third in the 1600m run in 4:47.79. Kotle Garry was third in the shot put with a throw of 42’3″. Cain Grocott was third in the javelin with a throw of 133’6″.
