The West Central Trojan boys golf team played host for the Region 2A Tournament at Central Valley Golf Course on Monday, September 30th. The Trojans finished fourth as a team, just missing sending the whole team to state by one stroke.
Three individual golfers did qualify for state. Anthony Lanham tied for sixth with a round of 78. Kamden Zomer tied for ninth with an 80. Aiden Lanham tied for 14th and finished with an 82. Connor Mebius (28th) had a 91, and Dylan Bettcher (35th) finished with a 95.
Central Valley Golf Course will be the site for the 2024 South Dakota State A Boys Golf Tournament on Monday, October 7th and Tuesday, October 8th.
