Both the West Central Trojan girls and boys cross country teams placed second at the Canton Cross Country Meet on Tuesday, September 9th. The girls team finished with 31 points. The boys team had 36 points.
The girls team had three top 10 finishers. Brooklyn Sundermann finished fourth with a time of 20:44.86. Lucy Rozeboom was eighth in 21:06.26. Aubrey Borns placed 10th with a time of 21:43.95. Maelee Krempges (12th) had a time of 21:58.82. Sarah Johnson (14th) completed in 22:14.89, and Addison Jaspers (16th) had a time of 22:46.60.
The boys team had two top 10 finishers. Jonathon Roth was fourth in 17:45.14. Peyton Tetzlaff was right behind in fifth place in a time of 17:49.75. Zach Nielsen (13th) had a time of 19:06.55. Kyper Hilger (14th) finished in 19:16.65. Kade Hruby (16th) completed in 19:41.34, and Parker Menning (19th) had a time of 20:00.84.
