The Lennox Orioles were able to hold off the West Central Trojans in Hartford on Thursday, January 18th. The Orioles held for a 49-43 victory.
The Trojans started the game on a 7-0 run, but Lennox responded with a 13-0 run. The Orioles led 16-13 at the end of the first quarter. They were able to extend that lead to 27-16 by halftime. West Central closed the gap in the third quarter and trailed 38-36 going into the final quarter. The Trojans were unable to overtake the Orioles in the fourth quarter.
Crew Heier had 15 points and five rebounds. Jake Kuhl added seven points and nine rebounds. Kolte Garry had five points and two rebounds. Liam Schmeichel, Connor Mebius, and Trevin Price all had four points each.
