The West Central Trojans faced another tough Dak-12 opponent on the road on Thursday, September 8th. West Central traveled to Sioux Falls Christian, and the Chargers won the match in straight sets.
Sioux Falls Christian picked up a lot of momentum in the first set and never looked back. They took the first set 25-10. The Chargers then won the second 25-16 and the third by a score of 25-18.
Aubree Miller led the Trojans with six kills and also had four set assists. Ellie Lienhard had a team-high five set assists. Jocelyn Nilson had 13 digs, while Landry Heath had 12. Josie Dinges finished with two ace serves, and Marissa Dobbs had one block.
The Trojans return home on Tuesday, September 13th against the Baltic Bulldogs.
