The West Central Trojan boys golf team had a top five finish in Madison on Tuesday, August 16th. The Trojans finished fifth with a team score of 364. Fourteen shots separated the first place team, Aberdeen Roncalli (350), from West Central. Tea (351) finished second. Chamberlain (359) was third, and Sioux Valley (362) was fourth.
Every player finished under 100 on the day for West Central. Anthony Lanham had an 11th place finish individually with an 85. Kamden Zomer finished 20th with a round of 91. Connor Eich was one shot behind with a round of 92. Easton Eberhard had a 96. Connor Mebius finished with a 98, and Karson Olson had a round of 99.
The Trojans will be in Dell Rapids for the Dells Invite on Monday, August 22nd.
