The Tri-Valley Mustang track team competed in the Danielson Relays in Salem on Tuesday, April 29th. The boys team placed seventh with 41 points. The girls team was 10th with 27 points.
Emry Jones had a third-place finish in the 100m hurdles in a time of :16.29. Peyton Vogt was third in the 300m hurdles in :48.59. The 4x200m relay team of Vogt, Katrina Fluth, Kadence Davey, and Jones finished third with a time of 1:54.29. Emery Pearson was fourth in the discus with a throw of 101’3″.
Owen Effling won the 200m dash with a time of :22.81. Ty Oyen took the top spot in the 110m hurdles in :15.88. The 4x800m relay team of Teagin Gacke, Eli Kendig, Jaxton Rinehart, and Isaiah Kendig finished second in 9:02.55. Luke Nehlich placed third in the discus with a throw of 132’0″. The 4x200m relay team of Corven Jensen, Oyen, Effling, and Brody Dybvig was fourth in 1:35.40.
