Tri-Valley Maroon 14U held Volga to just two hits and earned a 15-0 home win in four innings on Tuesday, June 18th.
Tri-Valley scored in every inning of the game. They got a run in the first inning, two in the second, and one in the third for a 4-0 lead. The big inning came in the bottom of the fourth when they scored 11 times to end the game on the 15-run rule.
Cooper Durick had two hits and two RBIs. Garrit Koopman added two hits, one a double, and an RBI. Abbott Moeller also had two hits and an RBI. Dante Nehman had a double and three RBIs. Lawson Schneiderman added a single and two RBIs. Reed Smith had a single and an RBI. Daniel Richardson added a hit. Cooper Nielsen and Evan Focken both had one RBI each. Focken pitched all four innings and allowed just two hits and a one walk with five strikeouts.
