Sioux Falls Christian Pulls Away in Fourth Against Mustang Girls

The Sioux Falls Christian Chargers pulled away from the Tri-Valley Mustangs in the fourth quarter in a 65-44 win on Tuesday, February 11th.

The Chargers started the game with a 7-2 run.  Tri-Valley responded with a 10-4 run to finish the quarter and led 12-11.  Sioux Falls Christian was able to regain the lead in the second quarter and led 25-19 at halftime.  The Mustangs stayed with the Chargers in the third quarter.  Both teams scored 13 points each, and the Chargers led 38-32 going into the fourth quarter.  Sioux Falls Christian outscored the Mustangs 27-12 in the final quarter to pull away for the win.

Maddie Wenzel had 12 points, seven rebounds, and five steals.  Kadence Davey had 10 points.  Danika Fluth finished with six points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Mattie Huwe also had six points and two assists.  Rowyn Gacke ended with five points and three rebounds.
