The Tri-Valley Mustang wrestling team placed second at the Ken Ruml Invitational in Howard on Saturday, December 9th. The Mustangs finished with 138.0 points. Madison had the top spot with 162.5 points.
Owen Bunde won the 106-pound weight class with three wins. Cole Hendrixson won the 132-pound class with four wins.
Connor Glassford finished second in the 126-pound class with a 3-1 record. Isaac Nehlich also placed second in the 215-pound class with a 2-1 record. Landyn Reiser (165) placed third with a 4-1 record. Brechen Frederick (150) finished fourth with a 2-2 record.
Cody Lofswold (126) and Treyson Richter (138) had two wins each. Brody Dybvig (157), Jesus Mendoza (175), and Luke Nehlich (285) each had one win on the day. Braxton Kirstein (120), Cyrus Kirstein (144), and Xavier Yount (190) also participated in the tournament.
