Mustang Wrestling Places 4th at Home Invite

The Tri-Valley Mustang wrestling team hosted the Tri-Valley Invitational on Saturday, January 18th.  The Mustangs finished fourth as a team with 179.5 points.  Tea Area placed first followed by Winner and then Kimball/White Lake/Platte-Geddes.

Landyn Reiser won the 175-pound weight class with a 3-0 record.  Treyson Richter finished second in the 157-pound class with a 3-1 record.  Luke Nehlich also finished second in the 285-pound division with a 3-1 record.

Connor Glassford (126) had a third-place finish with four wins.  Brody Dybvig (165) also took third with a 4-1 record.  Sean King (106) finished fourth with a 3-2 record.  Owen Bunde (120) also placed fourth with a 2-2 record.  Cole Hendrixson (138) was fourth with a 3-2 record.  Legend Frederick (113) finished fifth with a 3-2 record.  Alex McFarland (132) also placed fifth with a 2-2 record.

Xavier Young (190) had a 2-2 record.  Lucas Van Duyn (106), Major Richter (150), and Vincent Even (157) all finished 1-2.  Jackson Williams (0-2) and Elliot Powell (215) were 0-2 on the day.
