The Tri-Valley Mustang wrestling team finished sixth at the Redfield Invite on Saturday, February 4th. The Mustangs finished with 87.0 points. Parkston (164.0) finished first, Redfield (139.5) was second, and Wessington Springs/Woonsocket/Wolsey-Wessington (135.0) placed third.
Brody Dybvig finished second in thee 138-pound class with a 2-1 record. Isaac Nehlich was also second in the 285-pound class with a 2-1 record. Treyson Richter (126) and Everett Althoff (182) both took third place with a record of 2-1. Luke Nehlich (220) had a fourth place finish with a 2-2 record.
Brechen Frederick (132) was 2-2 on the day. Owen Bunde (106), Cody Lofswold (113), Jackson Williams (113), Owen Effling (120), and Landyn Reiser (160) all finished 1-2. Bracken Sharpe (126) and Jesus Mendoza (152) finished 0-2.
