Milbank Gets Road Win over Tri-Valley Boys

The Tri-Valley Mustang boys got too far behind in the first half and fell to the Milbank Bulldogs 63-48 on Saturday, February 10th.

Milbank started fast and took an 18-6 lead into the second quarter.  The Bulldogs outscored Tri-Valley 14-11 in the second quarter for a 32-17 lead at halftime.  The Mustang offense put 20 points on the board in the third quarter, but Milbank scored 18 and still held a 50-37 lead going into the fourth quarter.

Tri-Valley shot 44% (18-41) from the field, 44% (7-16) from three-point area, and 42% (5-12) from the free-throw line.  Milbank finished the game shooting 47% (21-45) overall, 41% (9-22) from three-point area, and 55% (12-22) from the free-throw line.

Brady Jewett finished with 17 points and two steals.  Trey Johnson added nine points, three rebounds, four blocked shots and two assists.  Tristen Bunde had eight points and two rebounds.  Teagin Gacke ended with six points.
